From 25th May 2018 the way that your data is processed and used will be changing under the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This replaces the Data Protection Directive.
DTCo will hold the information you provide in a password protected database. This will only be accessible by the relevant DTCo committee members. Your details will not be shared with any third parties, other than to meet our obligations as outlined below.
This information is required for DTCo to meet their legal obligations for insurance purposes, membership and person validation and who to contact in the event of an emergency.
DTCo will hold this information for a maximum of 3 years, if your membership is not renewed. You do have the right to request your details are removed, in writing to DTCo before the end of this period, if your membership expires or is terminated.

2017 NODA Awards
The NODA East Conference on Sunday April 8th 2017, held in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, saw Dereham Theatre Company nominated for three awards: Best Technical Production for Rock of Ages; Best Pantomime for Dick Whittington; and Best Youth Production for Grease. We're delighted to have come away with the Certificate for Best Pantomime - congratulations to the cast, crew, production team and everyone involved.
We always love to hear from our members with ideas for future productions, but unfortunately many suggestions have to be thrown out immediately simply because the licence isn't available for amateur groups.
